Welcome to Bharat AI Week. By accessing or using the website bharataiweek.com (“Site”) and any related services (including delegate registration, exhibition stand booking, sponsorship inquiries, and event participation), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. About Bharat AI Week

Bharat AI Week is a two-day global conference and exhibition (17–18 April 2026 at CII, Chandigarh) focused on AI-led education, robotics, skills, innovation, and industrial transformation. The event is led by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), with Neeev AI as AI Partner and Elix Events as Delivering Partner.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or data.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who breaches these Terms.

3. Registration, Bookings & Payments

Delegate registration, exhibition stand booking, and sponsorship may be conducted via third-party forms (e.g. Google Forms) or other channels we specify. By submitting such forms, you:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Accept any applicable fees, cancellation, and refund policies communicated at the time of booking or in separate event terms.
• Acknowledge that event access and benefits are subject to the event organisers’ rules and venue policies.

Specific payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be communicated where applicable (e.g. on registration or booking pages or in confirmation emails).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is owned by or licensed to Bharat AI Week or its partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without our prior written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial use such as viewing and sharing links.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Site, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. Google Forms, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The Site and event information are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Event dates, venues, speakers, and programmes are subject to change; we will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information on the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bharat AI Week, PSEB, Neeev AI, Elix Events, and their respective officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or participation in the event, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bharat AI Week, PSEB, Neeev AI, Elix Events, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
